Through owning an adventure company my wife and I founded, DNK Presents, we've made it our mission to get more women to live a life that is more adventurous by trying new things in the great outdoors. Years spent guiding people in and outside the U.S. has grown my personal holistic practice and now I would love to share my more spiritual healing side of that with you.

Thai massage is an Eastern form of massage that uses gentle pressure, stretching and rocking techniques to relax, deepen and rejuvenate the whole body. Thai massage dates back 2,500-7,000 years ago and is what the Buddah used as a form of healing. There are many health benefits of Thai massage such as reduction of stress, energy boost, stimulates circulation, improves range of motion, and more. People who have a Thai massage are a more active participant in the massage and are fully clothed and lie back on a traditional Thai mat.
Reiki is a form of healing through gentle touch and powerful breath work generated through energetic fields in the body. Reiki can be used for physical, mental or emotional health and wellness as well as improved meditation and mindfulness practices. People feel relaxed, calm and revitalized after a Reiki session.
Yoga is a wellness practice that dates back over 5,000 years ago in the northern part of India. It is a combination of breath, movement, stillness and invigoration to connect the mind, body and spirit as a form of wellness and personal development. There are many variations of a yoga practice today.
